Trimlight Morris & Essex is a small business in Parsippany, NJ. We are looking to become the market leader in a newly developing demand for programmable outdoor lighting. We provide permanent and programmable exterior lighting for homes, businesses, docks, decks, and patios.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team, who is looking for an opportunity to grow with us.

As a Sales Rep you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Working with high-income customers, you will be closing deals anywhere from $3,000-$6,000 on average.

Responsibilites include but no limited to:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Become knowledgeable about Trimlight to answer any questions that arise and point out the features of the product and highlight how they solve the customer's needs
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations oni company services and products
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Maintain a well developed pipeline of prospects and customers
  • Reach out to customer leads by cold calling
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Coordinate with team members to optimize the sale effort
  • Continuously imporove through feedback

Location:

  • Our territory is based in Morris and Essex County New Jersey. You will be in Morris County.

Pay:

  • $20.00 Per estimate generated/ 10% for rep generated total sales. Average sale is $3,000-$6,000
  • Estimators must pay for his/her own gas and provide their own transportation.
  • Opportunity to advance is based on performance

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of 1-on-1 sales experience
  • Have managed your own pipeline and brought prospective customers through the entire buying experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline of qualified, inbound leads
  • Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow up and follow through skills in a fast paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven with time management and organization skills
  • Process-driven, great problem solver and can figure things out on your own with minimal direction
  • Good relationship skills with customers. Able to represent company culture well
  • Able to work well with others and be a strong team player
  • Reliability: showing up on time, in uniform, ready to perform well
  • Superb intropersonal and communication skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and leads
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Must have your own car and a valid driver's license. Travel is vital to the success of our work. Having proper transportation is required of all positions with Trimlight Morris & Essex

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,616.00 - $50,243.00 per year
