Sales-Counter Sales

Overview:

$1000 Dollar Sign on Bonus**payable at 6 months and 1 year

Campbell Supply Co. is seeking two qualified person(s) for the Counter Sales position. Both Outside and Inside sales position(s) in Cedar Rapids. This sales candidate needs to be an ambitious, hard-working individual who works to serve our customers. This individual will prospect for new accounts, foster current customer relationships, and continue to grow opportunities with new and existing customers.

Skills we seek:

• 2-5 years of customer service (sales) related experience
• Exhibit interpersonal skills/ willingness to be part of the solution and help others
• Organized and can effectively multitask and prioritize work demands
• Familiarity of Industrial, Manufacturing, and Construction best practices (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly study and learn new products/ systems/ customers
• Knowledge and Application of Technology Skills (Microsoft Suite, Email, Etc.)

Job Responsibilities/Expectations:

• A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Pricing and Quoting products, Entering Orders
• Daily communication with co-workers regarding Customer and/or Sales issues
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass CSC background check
