Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading retail company in Frisco, Texas. Currently we are seeking individuals with an Sales Administrative background t support our growing sales team.   • Support the internal sales support team
  • Research sales documents, contracts, reports and other data for sales trends and market data
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers and other internal departments
  • Daily, weekly and quarterly sales reporting, use of excel and proprietary system
  • Assist operations and sales teams with Ad-hoc projects

Requirements
  • Experience with SAP a plus but not required
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Goal driven with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Building customer relationships, conflict resolution, professionalism, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to use independent judgment
