We are looking for a Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a member of the team, you will facilitate discovery sessions, write user test scripts, and provide Salesforce configuration support.

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid; once or twice a week on-site)

Job Type: Full Time

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as Salesforce Configuration Specialist

Clearance: Must hold Active DoD Secret Clearance or Active Interim Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Develop acceptance criteria and test scrips
• Collaborate with development team to confirm product vision is achieved
• Implement user stories utilizing OOTB components
• Perform SFDC admin duties including configuring and managing access, creating profiles and groups
• Provide configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience facilitating discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Must have experience developing acceptance criteria and test scripts.
• Must have experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Must have experience performing Salesforce application configuration.
• Must have minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing development tools such as Jira.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
