Job Summary:

The Salesforce Product Manager will have primary responsibility for the definition of Belden Sales, Service, Portals, CPQ, B2B Commerce use cases and overall functional requirements for our business stakeholders. The role willalso own the project management and coordination of Salesforce projects and proof-of-concepts on Salesforce ecosystem. This Product Manager will interact regularly with global cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and IT.


Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Salesforce Sales, Service, Portals, CPQ and B2B Commerce strategy and product roadmap
  • Management of projects and proof-of-concepts on Salesforce ecosystem based on agreed strategyand roadmap, including project budget, resource allocation, tasks, and timelines
  • Stakeholder management and alignment on requirements, roadmap, projects and proof-of-concepts
  • Primary point of contact to identify and document Salesforce requirements (use cases, process flows, business and technical requirements, and business pain points)
  • Capture, maintain and prioritize business requirements backlog
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and represent their voice during project implementation
  • Conduct or facilitate Salesforce ecosystem demos (art of the possible)
  • Maximize the business value of Salesforce platforms


Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years Salesforce Sales, Service, CPQ, B2B Commerce experience with certification a plus, but not required
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience working with a global enterprise-level system
  • 3+ years of project management with certification a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Sales, Service, CPQ, B2B Commerce, System Integration
  • Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, MS Project or similar
  • Able to identify, clarify and communicate vision,goals, and objectives to diverse global sales and marketing teams
  • Ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgement - able to effectively/creatively troubleshoot when presented with constraints
  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with ability to work autonomously in an agile, fast-changing environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills with ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
  • Strong work-ethic, 'can-do' attitude and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in multinational & time-zone work environment
  • Strong service orientation towards internal stakeholders & customers
  • Past success working for a large matrixed business
  • Solid project management skills
  • Mature team player who operates with integrity, candor, authenticity, and transparency
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to function well in "start-up" minded culture
  • Must be able to work independently and in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
