Grooming Salon Manager
Roosters Men’s Grooming Center – Manager

Roosters is defining the men’s grooming industry! We are looking for a manager at your Bethesda, MD salon. Roosters MGC is a Regis brand offering all types of grooming services for today’s modern man. Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Licensed in the State of MD

· Possession of good technical skills

· Willingness to follow proven processes

· Professional demeanor

· Excellent communication skills

· Must have good computer skills (word and excel)

· Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees

· Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base

· Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling, education initiatives, and business development.

Pay: $62,523.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• men's grooming: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Maryland Barber or Cosmetology License? (Preferred)
