Job description

• Responsible for providing a clean and healthy environment for sanctuary animals. Follows cleaning and disease prevention protocols to maintain sanitary conditions in animal enclosures and kennel areas.

• Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing indoor and outdoor dog kennels and cat rooms, feeding, watering, and walking animals and giving medications if required. Performs other duties as assigned.

• This is a permanent position.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Must be dependable and trustworthy with good attendance record.
• Must be an animal lover.
• References required.
• Hours - Between 8:00am - 6:00pm (Hours vary)

Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary, located in Salisbury, NC, is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit charitable organization that operates a no-kill sanctuary for homeless and rescued dogs and cats. Our mission is to rescue, spray and neuter homeless animals and provide them with the best medical care in a nurturing environment while working to find them forever homes.
