We need:
- 3 shifts per week required
- Must be able to work a 6 hour shift (or more) on most Saturdays
- Genuine hospitality
- Drive and energy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license / reliable transportation
- 2 years of prior restaurant experience required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Front-line crew members are responsible for the production and service of all menu items in an efficient and hospitable manner, including greeting customers, ringing orders, preparing sandwiches, weighing portions, bagging fries, scooping side dishes, etc.
- Set up and stock work stations
- Preparation of sandwiches, ribs, hot and cold sides, and French fries
- Execute proper weights, portions, presentations, and quality oversight of all menu items
- Follow all recipe and production procedures
- Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with all sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Perform other duties as assigned
