Our Sanitation associates are responsible for all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the facility, surrounding area, and equipment.

As a Sanitation associate you are responsible to:

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to remove all remnants of product in machines and surrounding area.
• Clean and sanitize walls, shelves, racks, conveyor belts, floors and all other equipment and machinery in production rooms.
• Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Communicate potential issues, concerns, or risks with supervisor to achieve resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee:

• Frequently required to stand and walk
• Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Prior machine sanitation experience a plus, training provided.
