Relevant Experience :

At least 8+ years of experience as SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant

Technical / Functional skills :

• Background in Retail and CPG industry preferred
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA FICO module is preferred
• Experience with S4/HANA or Simple Finance
• Inventory Valuation
• Account Assignments (MM/FI Integration)
• SD Integration
• Must have experience in Condition Technique.
• Profit Center/Cost Center set up for DC and Stores
• Very strong in LIV
• Strong in EDI Invoices and Integration via IDocs in SAP
• Substitutions
• Costing with Quantity Structure (in Trading scenarios, which is without a BOM and a Routing)
• Cost Center AccountingNew G/L

Experience Required :

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in the Information technology profession focused on ERP design and management.
• At least 6 years of SAP S/4 HANA FICO related modules with SAP configuration and implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of the integration with other ECC modules (especially MM, PP and SD)
• Experience with SAP CO-PA, Product Costing and Material Ledger
• Experience on transfer pricing and intercompany markup projects.
• The candidate will be responsible for configuring and delivering S4 HANA & SAP FICO solution for multiple enhancements in the consulting environment.
• Facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments, planning sessions for projects.
• Solution Architect experience and able to present/speak with C-Level internal and external clients
• Create Solution Designs for Small, Medium, and Large sized project
• Write functional specifications for enhancement, reports, etc. when needed.
• Configure SAP Finance and Controlling module as per the requirements from the Business practices.
• Effectively collaborate with onshore or offshore team for delivering solutions.
• Support SAP Finance master data administration

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Leverage knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance in and enterprise technologies, like SAP, Hyperion, and others to execute system transactions and configuration
• Assist in the planning, design and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Meet independently with decision makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues
• Leverage technical expertise to identify opportunities to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems while remaining fit-to-standard and minimize custom development
• Define, design, and document solutions including but not limited to requirements, business flows, integration process flows, and functional design documents
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems/solutions to aid management in making implementation decisions
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Participate in system unit test, integration test, user acceptance testing, and other formal and information test activities to test both happy path and non-happy path test scenarios
• Maintain close collaboration and relationships with the IT Solution Owner, business, Managed Service Provider, and the enterprise IT team
• Embrace and comply with solution governance and methodology
• Regularly provides updates and reports on issues, projects, and plans; in some cases, build Project PlansAbility to perform duties under minimal day to day supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
