Salary: £19,813.20
Monday to Friday 8:30 until 16:30, No Bank Holidays!
As a Scanning Operative you will be responsible for processing confidential documents through our state-of-the-art scanning machines. This position is fundamental to assisting our clients to go paperless whilst maintaining accurate records. If you have experience in a similar role, great, but if not, do not worry as full training and development will be given.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Remove all foreign items from paper documents.
- Ensure sheets are flat and straightened.
- Use Flatbed Scanning Machine, to copy images.
- General Warehousing duties – Keeping areas clean and tidy.
ABOUT YOU
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Good attention to detail and high concentration skills.
- Ability to and understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Confidentiality – understands the need to keep information confidential and your responsibilities.
- Dexterity.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Can do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
