Position Purpose:

Work to execute once in a lifetime experience for guests by anticipating guest needs, tailoring service
to guest preferences, and exceeding expectations
Work alongside all staff at Taylor River Lodge to ensure that the Eleven product is delivered to the
highest operational standards
Support the Taylor River Lodge Managers and Assistant Managers in daily operations and leadership of
staff
Support the business operations team by assisting with projects relating to the Opera, monthly
inventories, and staff support and training on the systems
Support Eleven global operations by continuing to clarify the Eleven product, structure standard
operating procedures, and support other operations as necessary
Work to further the Eleven product by questioning operational norms, proposing solutions, and striving
to innovate and streamline the Eleven operation in Colorado

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Lead by personal example and inspire the Lodge Staff to deliver at the highest level

Assist in managing Lodge Staff when appropriate by delegating tasks, sharing performance feedback,

leading meetings, performing on the ground training, or by any other means necessary

Thoroughly and professionally communicate with all team members in person, or by email, text and

telephone Assist Lodge Managers and Assistant Lodge Managers in managing the staff schedule for Taylor River

Lodge Collaborate on seasonal training agendas and strategies for all staff that clearly outline daily duties,

expectations, and that detail how to successfully operate Scarp Ridge Lodge

Manage vendor relationships, order products from multiple sources, input into proper software and

manage lodge amenity and food and beverage inventories

Assist with monthly inventories

Assist in on the ground support for Opera and Micros

When available, respond to help desk inquiries for Opera and Micros

Drive the Eleven Colorado team forward in standardizing and documenting the Eleven product by

assessing areas that need definition, creating standard operating procedures, keeping the seasonal

Google Drive folder up to date and updating checklists in PLM

Hold staff accountable to complete checklists in PLM and complete all assigned checklists in PLM

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc)

• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Gmail etc)

• CPR/First Aid Certified

• TIPS Certified

Preferences

Familiar with Opera (PMS) and Micros (POS) systems

Extensive knowledge of the Crested Butte and Gunnison County area Leader

Ability to navigate and understand new software systems

Quick and confident problem-solving skills

Flexible team player

Works well in a team of diverse personalities, cultures, and ages

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere

High ethical standards

Attention to detail

Staff management experience

Previous experience in hospitality industry

Special Position Requirements

Travel between Scarp Ridge Lodge and Taylor River Lodge as necessary

Travel to other Eleven locations as needed

Due to the potential for early mornings or late evenings, having a personal vehicle is preferred

Work Requirements

• Clean and current driver’s license

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
