We are searching for a Bilingual Scheduler/Intake Coordinator to join our Home Care team:
- Receives and implements home care intakes and daily service requests from contracting agencies, agency staff, and clients.
- Notifies of supervisor or of all requests and change in existing client’s conditions immediately upon receipt.
- Maintains home care service order books and maintains their accuracy.
- Additional responsibilities will be discussed during interview process.
- Will participate in on-call rotation after three months of service.
Requirements:
- Our fast-paced environment requires an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- This individual will be a well organized and detail-oriented person with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be computer literate and have the desire to work with seniors.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred.
