The Center for Advanced Rehab at Parkside is seeking a Full-time experienced Staffing Scheduling Coordinator.

A Clinical Staffing Scheduler's primary duties include planning and coordinating weekly schedules for our Nurses and C.N.A.s. Must be experienced in answering multiple phone calls/changing schedules. The scheduler must be proficient in creating, coordinating, posting, and managing all functions related to the schedules of Nurses and C.N.A.s. Must notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assist with ensuring coverage.

The candidate must have at least two years of experience working in a nursing home or hospital, scheduling and coordinating schedules for clinical staff.

Requirements:

Two years of experience as a scheduler in a Nursing home or Assisted Living facility

Must be respectful and always caring.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent

Two years as a C.N.A, a plus

Must have problem-solving skills.

Excellent computer skills include M.S. Excel

H.R. experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
