Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a School Based CPST Provider to join our Behavioral Health team at Coolville Elementary School and based out of our Athens, OH office.
As a CPST Provider, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to children in a school based setting as well as the surrounding area. These services include coordination of services with school personnel, parents, and other agencies as indicated to improve the student’s interpersonal behavior management skills and academic performance.
What do we look for in our CPST Providers??
- Associate’s Degree in related field with 3 years’ experience in Case Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred,
- Experience working with children, families, and schools and have a primary interest in working with SED children.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age)
- Must be personable, reliable, and organized.
