Employment Type: Hourly, Contracted through ProCare Therapy for the 23/24 School Year
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a full-time School-Based Social Worker to work at a school district in Tinley Park, IL for the upcoming 23/24 school year. As a contracted employee through ProCare Therapy, you will be joining a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional services to students.
Job Summary: The School-Based Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct social work services to students in a school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group counseling, and working with other school professionals to provide comprehensive services to students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work services to students in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Collaborate with other school professionals to provide comprehensive services to students.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Active Illinois Social Work License
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
