School Nurse
An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Staff Nurses to work in the Healthy Child Programme5-19 (HCP) teams in West Sussex, offering support to children, young people and their families.
There are several posts available across West Sussex.
Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) offers excellent support to staff, including training opportunities, e.g., gaining experience prior to applying for the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse course (Health Visitor or School Nurse) at one of our partner universities.
Full and part time posts available as well as flexible working patterns including Term Time only or annualised hours.
We have a robust relocation package available for interested applicants for our substantive roles.
