Job description

We are an HOA owned and operated RV resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We have 320 lots that are maintained by their owners. Our amenities include swimming pool; hot tub, pickleball, cornhole, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and laundry facility. Our owners and guest take pride in our park and have worked hard to recover after Hurricane Ian. All lots are pavers or concrete and pavers.

We are 2.5 miles from Fort Myers Beach and other attractions, restaurants and shopping are nearby.

The responsibilities for the 2023 season (April 15-October 15) would be checking lots before and after scheduled rentals; cleaning and trash removal of two bathrooms at the pool and four at the laundry building; cleaning the laundry and pool patio areas; dog walk area; and reporting any maintenance issues to management.

In addition to a 30x100 foot lot, you would have Wi-Fi, cable, water, power (30 and 50 amp), sewer, and use of a golf cart included. We ask for 5 days per week and pay $11 per hour.
