Position Summary:
This technical position of Lab Assistant is to perform computer programming and image analysis on radiological medical data. This position is for a student/causal employee to perform processing of data using AI machine and deep learning methods. After an initial training period, the person will work closely with the faculty. They will assist in the programming of new code for AI applications in current data on Radiological data using newly developed user-friendly software, and entering of data completed in spreadsheets. They will assist with data entry and literature searches for research papers and manuscripts. They will keep written logs of their work in lab notebooks

Communication:
Good people skills and good communication skills required.
Basic understanding of programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB, and other high-level languages and code documentation required.
Basic understanding of business intelligence software such as Tableau
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
Entry level programming ability to develop advanced software to use for database searches using Python and/or MATLAB. After an initial training period, the person will work closely with the Faculty on Radiomics, tissue segmentation, and data entry.
