The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities to be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Ability to understand the use of chemicals Ability to perform lifesaving techniques including first aid and CPR Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of tact, diplomacy and patience to defuse anger, collect information and resolve conflicts Ability to work in an enclosed environment and with various exposure to chemicals used in pools.

• LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES Lifeguard certification, CPR, first aid

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
