Facilities Description:
The Cape Club of Sharon (CCOS) is a private country club with 300 members.
Established in 1959 in Sharon MA, a community 20 minutes south-west of Boston, this club is a privately owned, family-oriented property. The Club includes an 18-hole Championship golf course, grass driving range, Olympic size heated swimming pool, four clay tennis courts and golf pro shop. The traditional style clubhouse boasts picturesque views on all fronts. Its two dining rooms, the main ballroom (open for events only) and the private
Grille Room (open six days a week April through November), accommodate both casual and upscale tastes. Member events range from golf tournament dinners to themed social nights to family fun activities, while nonmember events host weddings, large nonmember parties and golf events.

Job Summary:
The Cape Club of Sharon is currently seeking talented culinary professionals to staff our private member pool snack shack for the upcoming summer season. Line cooks will be setting up the line for lunch service. Line cooks play a key role in ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Candidates must be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Hiring full and part time positions.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Setting up and Stocking station as needed

· Knife Skills

· Ability to replicate menu items based on the Chef’s direction

· Clean/Sanitize station throughout the day and at the end of shift

· Prepare menu items based on guest dietary restrictions and requests

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor

· Prior restaurant/Country Club experience a plus but not mandatory, willing to train the right candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
