The Deschutes Brewery Portland Public house is currently hiring for Part-Time, Seasonal Servers! We anticipate hiring multiple individuals to fill these positions and will keep the position open until all positions have been filled.

Overview: We are looking for talented and experienced Servers, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced restaurant, and are committed to the highest standards of quality and presentation with a guest first focus. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required!

The right person will be outgoing, positive and team oriented. Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and thrive in challenging environments. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements of the position:

• 3 or more years' serving experience
• OLCC License preferred upon hire; required within 30 days of hire
• Food handlers certification preferred upon hire; required within 30 days of hire
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
• Strong organizational and high-level communication skills
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards a must
• Continuously seeks out opportunities to grow and learn
• 5 or more years' serving experience preferred
