Job Title: Woodfired Pizza Oven Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled candidate with strong culinary interest to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or be willing to learn to operate a woodfired pizza oven, and possess a background in culinary arts. The Woodfired Pizza Oven Operator will sometimes be responsible for preparing pizza dough, topping pizzas, and baking them, but primarily for the the baking process and oversight of the woodfired oven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the woodfired oven temperature and adjust as needed

• Bake pizzas to perfection in the woodfired oven

• Inspect pizzas for quality and presentation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the woodfired oven

• Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a woodfired pizza oven preferred but not required

• Strong interest/background in culinary arts

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work well in a team setting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
