We have an immediate need for a Security Coordinator who will be responsible for the licensing of the company and employees in states, cities, and counties in Brightspeed 20 state region. You will code invoices, arrange travel, manage expenses, and overall coordinate for the security team. This position acts as a backup for several departments doing various job duties.
As Security Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Licensing of employees for various state requirements, permitting for residential and commercial security customers within various city, county, and state jurisdictions
- Invoice entry for account payable
- Perform research on expenses
- Managing and expensing all security employee company credit card usage
- Daily gathering of survey data and distribution of survey results to all managers on daily and monthly reports
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Billing customers for service tickets performed by outside vendors
- Daily time entry for all field technicians.
- Prepare and send monthly customer maintenance contract proposals
- Real estate help desk agent creating work orders via phone or online request and assigning work orders to appropriate vendor and handling all inquiries related to work order status and completion
- Assist the sales department including but not limited to contract entry, building orders for billing, monitoring service and installation calendars daily and calling customers to confirm next day appointments, checking order list daily and modifying changes in order que, monthly distribution of sales and commission reports to reps and management, and scheduling daily jobs
- Assist billing/escalations department with duties including but not limited to answering questions from customers concerning bills and payment inquires and creating disconnect tickets on request
- Special projects as assigned
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written) with the ability to correspond proficiently and in a formal and professional manner with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience or training in the operations of all office equipment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software programs
- Proficient with all Microsoft Suites and related software
