Job Title: Security Guard

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for safeguarding the Guam Medical Plaza facility, tenants, visitors and assets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers at main entrance.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Demonstrate competency and experience in security preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions.
• Must be self-motivated.

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour Shift; 40 hours per week
• Morning and Swing Shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Week: Monday-Friday 6am - 6pm

Weekend Work Required: Flexibility to work every other Saturday (7:00AM-12:00PM or 8:00AM-1:00PM)
