Job description

Hospital Security Officers needed in city of El Monte and other San Gabriel Valley locations (Alhambra, Monterey Park, San Gabriel). . Officers will be performing various security services, including, but not limited to, patrolling all areas, deter criminal activity and misconduct, Main Lobby and ER Lobby duties,(requires customer service skills), investigate suspicious situations,communicate by use of 2-way radios, telephones. Maintain required certifications and licensing.Complete required DAR logs and Incident reports. Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards. If assigned to the hospital site,coordinates facility response to various potential security problems with patients, employees, and visitors. Enforces policy & procedure to establish a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care.
