With 30 years’ experience, Britsafe is one of the UK’s premier cleaning and security providers. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced area manager from the security industry to join our management team.

You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards across a portfolio of sites in and around West Yorkshire.

You will have full control of your portfolio, with responsibility for recruitment, staff training, deployment and HR matters, profit and loss, adherence to company policies and, of course, client retention.

Other attributes the successful applicant must demonstrate include

· Numeracy skills to ensure the profit and loss of your portfolio

· Communication skills to provide reports and business cases to our clients

· Computer literacy, particularly in Outlook and Word, to operate our rostering & payroll systems, and to send rosters and reports to our clients and staff.

· HR experience and leadership skills

· A desire to make your portfolio the best in Britsafe, with the highest service scores and KPIs.

· A keen drive to deliver innovative ideas and to expand your portfolio and share the rewards this will bring

The job requires you to work one day per week from our York Head Office, the remainder of the time will be home working, or visiting your clients across West Yorkshire

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success, delivering cleaning and facilities services, across a wide, multi-site, portfolio, and a full SIA License.

Unfortunately, applicants without such experience will not be considered.

Salary: £35,000.00 per year
