Marsh is seeking candidates for a Senior Account Representative. The following office locations will be considered: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Grand Rapids, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Southfield.

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments
• Support the renewal cycle by adhering to renewal protocol (via available tools and technology), handling data, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time in accordance with our professional standards
• Oversee the maintenance of complete and accurate records for reporting and audit purposes and process insurance program details into databases
• Follow up regarding endorsements, policy issuance, extensions and cancellations and escalate concerns to direct manager or client team, as appropriate
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues
• Respond directly and promptly to difficult client questions and requests, and solicit guidance from colleagues as needed

What you need to have:

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED required with two years industry experience
• Property & Casualty License, or ability to obtain within 2 months of employment
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specific emphasis on Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

What makes you stand out?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
• Two to five years of commercial lines insurance experience
