Job description

The staff Accountant will assist in the company's financial accounting and reporting activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports for Multiple Entities
• Maintain and Reconcile the General Ledger
• Assemble and Analyze Data for Purposes of Job Costing
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Payroll and HR for Multiple Entities
• Assist in Managing Subcontractor Contracts and Requirements
• Oversee Insurance Coverage and Requirements
• Intercompany Management of Costs
• Developing New Processes and Refining Old Processes to be More Efficient and Accurate
