($5,000 Sign On Bonus). Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Reconciles bank accounts to ensure all money received is appropriately accounted for. Makes journal entries to the appropriate General Ledger accounts so the revenue and Expenses are reflected on the Income Statement. Works with other departments in the System to make sure revenue and expenses are complete and correct. Bachelor's degree required.

Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and minimum of 3 years of financial management experience, with healthcare experience a plus.
Knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, credit, investments, internal controls. Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheet and financial systems programs and applications. Knowledge of clinic accounting practices, strategic business objectives and employee performance objectives.
