Work Location: Chicago – Wacker Office (Hybrid-remote)


Support the administration of the Treasury department, including banking and cash management, investor relations, and the RRD Benefits Committees and retirement plans. Provide administrative support for the Treasurer and other members of senior management, including administrative details of a confidential nature.


Responsibilities

  • Support administration of the Treasury department, including banking and cash management, debt compliance reporting, tracking of departmental expenses, processing of invoices, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to other cross-functional Finance teams as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for the RRD Benefits Committees and retirement plans.
  • Support investor relations activities, including monitoring investor relations email and phone calls.
  • Prepare written communication, including email, letters, memos, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages and promote effective communication across departments.
  • Review, tabulate and enter information and data into various systems.
  • Assist with filing and record retention processes and mail
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings/events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and with expense reporting.

Required Skills
  • Requires knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job or knowledge related to a professional field of work. Ability to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
  • Must be proficient with the use of computers and technology, including Microsoft office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) in order to complete job duties successfully.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.


Required Experience
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant administrative/operational support in an office environment directly related to the duties of the job, Or demonstrated ability to meet the requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
  • May possess additional education certification in this level but not required.

The national pay range for this role is $51200 to $83600 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
