You will work with the Business Improvement team to provide reporting and analytical support to the Performance Manager and will work as a member of the team to assist in the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce accurate and meaningful management information
  • Thorough analysis of data, best practice and other means, identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and add value to branch/hub service delivery
  • Process improvement with particular focus on MCM and supporting systems such as ME3 and MSP
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to in branch
  • Promote engagement with MCM through out the branch, across all business areas MCM ‘Super User’ for the region
  • Manage contract set up and mobilisation
  • Production of reports to identify improvements
  • Cultivate a strong working relationship with clients, service users and local communities, managing client expectation, attending meetings where required, and assisting in business development activities and the preparation of bids
