General Description

Flexsys seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to support its global corporate wide treasury management efforts in Akron, Ohio. Reporting to the Treasurer, this position will manage the domestic and international daily cash management, payments, and preparation of cash flow forecasts while implementing robust controls for its global bank accounts and reporting for all segments of the business. This role is hybrid friendly.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports global cash management including managing daily cash balances and reporting to senior management.
• Accurate and timely preparation of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and preparation of daily/weekly ad hoc reporting.
• Manage global intercompany funding while working closely with accounting on reporting.
• Support corporate debt management, including the revolving credit facility and letters of credit.
• Anticipate short-term borrowing needs and prepare the drawdown and repayment schedules.
• Work in partnership with the team to safeguard funds, ensuring cash and treasury activities follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Process and monitor outgoing electronic payments.
• Assist with domestic and international bank account opening and KYC requests.
• Support annual financial statement audit process.
• Maintenance of service provider and bank fees database.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ad hoc treasury projects, partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and IT.
• Play a lead role in monitoring Treasury’s e-mail box and work with external banking partners on strategic goals and resolve tactical issues.

Position Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3 + years of solid treasury experience in a multinational corporate setting.
• Professional certification (CTP or MBA) is a plus.
• Experience across banking platforms (JPM Access) and/or ERP systems (SAP).
• Risk management and property / casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• A self-starter capable of working with little supervision and act as a representative of the company to outside service providers.
