Title: Senior Business Process Analyst -BPMN

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (day 1 onsite)

Job Description:

Evaluating employee needs, internal workflows and business processes

Overseeing detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects

Collaborating with business and IT leaders to create new process designs

Manage Process change and lead process re-design workshops

Implement / Apply business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes

Interpreting complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders

Documenting business process modeling activities for future reference

Required:

Experience managing process change & leading process redesign workshops

Experience facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users

Experience applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes

Experience monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance

Preferred:

Experience with Activiti, Camunda

Financial services industry experience and annuity domain knowledge

Agile delivery experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour
