Leavitt Group Texas Select is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance sales and service, with exceptional skills in carrier relations, marketing, and quality control. They will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • The Sr. Account Manager provides primary “high level” customer support by building relationships with clients and supporting renewal efforts by working with the Sales Executives.
  • Together with the Sales Executive, the Sr. Account Manager determines renewal strategy, has discussions with Underwriters, evaluates quotes and prepares proposals and other documentation to provide to the client
  • Sr. Account Manager joins in person and/or remote meetings as needed
  • The Sr. Account Manager also has a leadership role by overseeing and delegating work to the Account Manager and other members of the team as needed
  • Primary point of contact for client service
  • Provide recommendations in coverage
  • Support the client and agent in managing risk associated with commercial lines coverage
  • Exhibit superior technical knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to clients/uw via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Create renewal underwriting submission and proposals
  • Enter and update policy information in agency management system to be used for certificates of insurance, billings and endorsements
  • Effectively delegate internally and externally

Leavitt Group Texas Select offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $100,000 DOE, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
