The HRCC team is looking for an Analyst to join our growing team. The Consultant will provide consulting services to the Public Sector in the areas of executive compensation and benefits, and other related services. Additionally, this role will support the senior consultant as needed in their prospecting and marketing to potential clients and assisting with current client relationship management efforts with the objective of growing our business commensurate with the best interests of the client, our company and its associates and shareholders.

This is a remote role; annual compensation range $55,000 - $70, 000

Position Summary:

• Conduct compensation and classification analysis and position benchmarking, tasks can include data collection and analysis, preparing job descriptions, learning and applying job evaluation methodologies and developing custom surveys as needed.
• Participate in client meetings as requested
• Prepares summary comparisons of market data to ensure clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices.
• Under the direction of the consultants, supports development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs.
• Works with a moderate degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff
