A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $72,800.00 - $135,200.00.

Join our ambitious team of collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinkers in contributing to the success of Esri’s corporate web site. As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist, you will be responsible for improving the performance and usability of esri.com by conducting A/B tests and implementing data-driven insights. The CRO Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and execute experiments that improve conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and increase overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A/B testing, website optimization, and data analysis. Your excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting at all levels of the organization will be imperative to your success. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage A/B testing strategy and framework for web
- Analyze website and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving user engagement and conversion rates
- Use tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Mouseflow, Airtable, and SharePoint to track and report on the performance of A/B tests
- Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, researchers, campaign managers, and product marketing managers to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop hypotheses and create test plans to validate these hypotheses
- Create, execute, and analyze A/B tests with the goal of optimizing user experience and increasing conversion rates
- Support personalization through A/B testing of personalized content
- Assist in the implementation and governance of personalized experiences
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
- Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, and provide recommendations for future testing and optimization strategies
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a bachelor's degree; or 3 years of experience with a master's degree
- 3 years experience in web A/B testing utilizing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Extremely organized, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to keep track of all A/B testing through use of Airtable or equivalent tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and website design best practices
- Solid understanding of and demonstrable experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mouseflow, or equivalent
Recommended Qualifications:
- Experience with web personalization is a plus
