What you’ll do:

Your skills, accomplishments, & interests:

• PhD degree or Masters degree with 1+ years professional experience in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics or related analytical field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Strong problem solving and communication skills!
• Proven expertise of data science, machine learning fundamentals, and statistical knowledge
• Solid understanding of Python (or similar) for statistical analysis, modeling and visualization (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, etc)
• Expertise with a range of machine learning modeling techniques such as: Linear Regression, Random Forest, GBM, XGboost, GLM, SVM etc.

Nice to haves:

• Project-related AWS experience using SageMaker, Athena, S3, EC2, lambda functions, step functions, cloud formation
• Experience with Airflow pipeline workflow automation
• Experience with MLOps approach to implementing production-grade pipelines
• Experience and knowledge of residential real estate data
