Responsible for developing data management strategies ensuring high availability; lead large-scale data management, warehousing, or analytics projects; provide support for data mining and acquisitions, database architecture, database administration, data archive recovery, database structure systems design, data modeling, database analysis and metadata repository creation; Designs, develops and implements the most valuable solutions for the organization; Prepares big data, implements data models and develops database to support the solutions. Support entails the full range of mission application operations and maintenance of current mission applications integrated into the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) Enterprise and new mission applications to be integrated over the life of the task order.

- Lead large-scale data management, warehousing, or analytics projects
- Prepares big data, implements data models and develops database to support the solutions
- Designs, develops, and implements the most valuable solutions for the organization
Required , Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of data mining and acquisitions, database architecture, database administration, data archive recovery, database structure systems design, data modeling, database analysis and metadata repository creation
- Experience leading large-scale data management, warehousing, or analytics projects
- Demonstrated industry leadership in the fields of database design and development, data warehousing, or data sciences.
- Strong communication and data presentation skills.
Required Education and Experience:
- At least 8 years of total experience in data management.
- 5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, database administration and data access solutions.
- 3 years of back-end development and/or database management in support of a custom developed application.
