Tidal Wave is seeking an experienced integration developer to build and maintain software integrations across various platforms. The right individual will identify, plan, and execute integration strategies, ensure ongoing monitoring, and maintain as well as optimize your builds.

To ensure success as an integration developer, you will need to have analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in several programming languages. A top-notch integration developer can creatively solve integration problems and is comfortable writing and maintaining complex systems.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply integration expertise, business knowledge and technical skills to successfully deliver solutions that ensure time and accurate delivery of data.
  • Guide beginning-to-end integration projects including analysis, design, development, and support.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of data sources and models to design, develop, implement, and support ETL, API, and other integration processes.
  • Demonstrate the passion and desire to build a solution from the ground up.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure that integration projects are completed on time.
  • Formulate strategies and design architectures for systems integrations.
  • Ensure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization.
  • Check and correct conflicts in data configurations and overlaps.
  • Analyze and improve current system integrations.
  • Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues.
  • Assist with the management of organizational databases and retrieval systems.
  • Manage third party vendors.
  • Be accountable for system and process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master degree a plus
  • 2+ years' experience as a programmer or computer scientist.
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one programming languages. (C#, C++, Java, Python, or others).
  • Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation.
  • Meticulous knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures
  • Experience with Workato, Matillion, or other cloud Integration SaaS/PaaS a plus
  • Experience with Snowflake a plus
  • Ability to manage data from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
  • Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in complex code.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently.
  • Good presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

  • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
