Position Purpose

Eleven is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to coordinate digital marketing efforts for multiple brands owned by Eleven Capital Management. This role will be responsible for coordinating and sending email marketing campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce and the execution of the email marketing calendar. The position will also manage the day-to-day tasks associated with performance marketing efforts (PPC, paid social, programmatic, SEO) and website development projects with third-party agencies. The individual will need to be an expert in Google Analytics and able to create reports and provide insights on campaign performance to shape future marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep skillset in email marketing, performance marketing and a strong communications background with the ability to review marketing communications for strategic brand messaging and accuracy. Experience in the travel space and outdoor space is strongly preferred. This individual should have experience coordinating and managing projects with a keen attention to detail. This individual needs to be a strong project manager with a track record of delivering quality work on time and on budget. Experience collaborating with creative teams, IT teams, and agency partners is required.


Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Assist in the execution of Eleven’s global digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including email marketing, paid search, display, programmatic, paid social, and SEO. Manage day-to-day relationships agency partners for digital projects.

  • Create comprehensive media plans for special initiatives and relevant product launches targeting relevant interest groups in the outdoor space and travel space.

  • Own Eleven’s daily email marketing program including managing calendar, writing creative briefs, and overseeing design and execution via Pardot/Salesforce.

  • Coordinate digital e-communications and transactional emails related to the customer journey in Salesforce.

  • Comply with email best practices and guidelines, ensuring emails are deployed in a timely fashion and error-free.

  • Partner with creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand messaging and content for digital (PPC, display advertising, video, and website copy).

  • Facilitate content updates to Eleven’s website and additional business units.

  • Project manage and test website development projects for Eleven’s websites at the direction of the Director, Digital Marketing.

  • Utilize reporting tools to assess digital performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Work closely with the paid media agency to ensure they are optimizing campaigns according to best practices and business priorities.

  • Work across various brands owned by Eleven Capital Management to set-up and monitor best practices across digital channels, including site, email, paid advertising and more.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Director, Digital Marketing or CMO.


Qualifications

  • Creative thinker with ability to strategize and execute tactical campaigns.

  • Ability to write a clear and concise digital creative brief.

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with tracking results and interpreting key learnings.

  • Exceptional marketing communication skills with ability to provide concise feedback.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and personalization.

  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment with incredible attention to detail.

  • Experience developing all types of digital creative, including video.

  • Experience growing e-commerce businesses.

  • Global digital marketing experience a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of data privacy, email best practices and the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field required

  • 5-7 years of relevant email and digital marketing experience required

  • Experience with Pardot email platform and Salesforce required

  • Knowledge of responsive mobile, tablet, desktop, and web client emails with HTML/CSS required

  • Experience with Google Analytics required

  • Experience with web content management systems

  • Experience of working in the travel/tourism or with a luxury brand a plus
