As the Senior Director of Finance, you will be partnering with our SVP and General Manager to grow and drive the business with our House of Rohl Luxury brand of products and managing a team both in North America and the UK.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, over twelve years’ experience in accounting/finance with demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility, and experience in business strategy and financial planning and analysis. You will also be able to travel in the United States and Canada quarterly, and to Europe annually.
We prefer you to be based in the North Olmsted/Cleveland, OH area and work a hybrid schedule from our North Olmsted, OH corporate office.

What you will be doing:
- Support the House of Rohl finance by providing guidance, decision support, and strategic partnership to North American and EMEAA finance teams and the House of Rohl operations team.
- Support and guide the annual strategic and financial planning processes in a manner that develops and achieves aggressive business unit value creation goals in a sustainable manner.
- Design and implement financial reporting that enables fact-based decision-making and achievement of continuous improvement objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and financial oversight for large-scale and high-impact House of Rohl projects.
- Provide financial support and guidance for strategic House of Rohl initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, and other business combinations.
- Partner with House of Rohl operations teams to develop and implement strategic goals; provide recommendations to improve financial operating performance.
- Recommend the appropriate resource allocation and cost structure required to grow the business and achieve desired profitability, including enhancing resource productivity.
- Support ERP/EPM implementations and finance transformation efforts across the organization.
- Manage and lead a high-performance team including Performance Management, Coaching, and Development.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent strategic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and business partnering skills
- The desire and initiative to push the organization forward to achieve its goals
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Highly developed people guidance and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with all levels of any organization (from CEO to entry-level positions)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and other analytical systems/ tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum of 12 years overall financial experience with demonstrated history of increasing responsibility.
- MBA/CPA preferred.
