- If you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a BSN, or equivalent education/experience, with a Master’s Degree (MSN, MBA, MHA), let’s discuss this role further.

Your Commitment Is To:
- Define the Cardiovascular and Telemetry road map. Assess all service lines, developing and implementing a yearly service line business plan. Oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and manage large capital projects. Maintain all budgets, holding those accountable for end results.
- Establish benchmark metrics that focus on patient satisfaction and financial performance.
- Assist and monitor physician interaction and integration by building strong relationships.
- Consciously create a workplace culture that emphasizes mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the Company.
