Summary

Coordinate transportation to deliver the shipments and research rates, routes and truckers for new customers. Dispatch company trucks and outside truckers. Support managers to operate trucking business. Coordinate and monitor daily routes of every truck with documentation, deliveries, and customs related operations.

• Must have The dispatcher should have experience with grabbing the loads from load board for Class A OTR drivers
• Grab loads from load boards.
• 5+ years Long- Haul Dispatching experience
• Negotiation, securing the loads with customer, broker.
• Point of contact for balancing the driver’s safety with customer requirements
• Create monthly reports for AR/AP to both customers and vendors (including manage aging invoices)
• Maintenance of data updates in operations system
• Provide support for all administrative tasks from management as needed
• Provide daily operational service including truck dispatch of transportation
• Daily communication with truckers, shipper, customers and brokers
• Find match back loads for company trucks
• Support managers to prepare for RFP
• Research rates, routes, truckers for new customers
• Monitor Cargo data to confirm it is valid prior to sending notifications to customers coordinate trucking (dispatching, tracking, tracing)
• Provide customer service to all vendors and customers
• Maintain database/record keeping in the system (shipment tracing data). Provide reports information to internal customers (Operation, accounting and others as needed).
