Our company is looking for a hard working Assistant Store Manager to help us take our business to the next level. A successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a demonstrated ability to interact with customers and staff members in an efficient and effective manner. We are especially looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team setting, and have a demonstrated history of solving problems and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policy and procedures.
• Ensure that all customer issues and problems are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Determine the size of the inventory.
• Store openings, closings, sales and re-stocking work schedules.
• Organize the store daily work schedule.
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis.
• Work at cash registers and customer service desk as needed.
• Place, receive and process orders with vendors.
• Be familiar with all inventory control methods and techniques.
• Exercise discretion with respect to assigning and supervising employees.
• Train new or replacement employees in their duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
