As a Senior Incident Response Engineer, you will:
- Assist in building a high performing Security Operations and Incident Response team.
- Develop and maintain security operations and incident response playbooks and related content in the RADICL Platform.
- Architect, deploy, and maintain common SOC and IR technologies such as EDR, SIEM and SOAR tools.
- Triage, analyze, and respond to customers’ security events and incidents.
- Perform threat hunting.
- Develop and maintain detection rules.
- Assist in development and maintenance of simulation lab infrastructure, and develop real-world simulations (aligned with MITRE ATT&CK TTPs) to test/validate RADICL’s technologies and operations.
- Work with customers for all-things SecOps-related, providing “white glove” service, to include: Onboarding, Architectural Guidance, Incident Response Guidance, etc.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to help drive the product roadmap.
- Participate in rotating on-call.
- Mentor junior SOC analysts.
Your skillset/experience should include:
- Extensive hands-on experience with SOC/IR technologies such as EDR, SIEM and SOAR tools, to include CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender.
- Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of cloud security.
- Strong understanding of industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CMMC, and experience implementing them in the real-world.
- Experience working in a scaled Security Operations Center (SOC).

We have a hybrid work model which incorporates WFH and work from office, but spending time together as a team in person will be part of our ethos.
