Job description
This is an exciting new post that has been developed as a result of a new initiative to establish a joint Sussex and Surrey Institute of Technology, of which Sussex University is an education partner, delivering degree apprenticeship programmes.
We are looking for someone with experience in supporting Apprenticeship programmes to lead, advise and support Sussex to establish a central ‘Apprenticeship Hub’, including core documentation, systems, processes, staff recruitment, training and systems implementation. You will also lead on new business opportunities, building strong, productive employer relationships. You will need to have an extensive and up to date working knowledge of compliant degree apprenticeship delivery, including ESFA and Ofsted requirements. With experience of developing strong partnerships with employers and/or employer and skills related networks, you are self-motivated with excellent communication and influencing skills.
