Our pizza store franchise needs an articulate and knowledgeable individual to take over an Assistant Manager role. You’ll set schedules, help the GM develop and manage promotions, contribute to the high-energy atmosphere in the store, order food and handle all budgetary aspects of running the business. We promote from within whenever possible, so potential career tracks could include General Manager.

Assistant Manager Expectations:

• 
  Come to work with a positive attitude

• 
  Provide excellent customer service at all times

• 
  Take phone orders in a professional manner and be knowledgeable of current menu and specials

• 
  Assist in preparation of all food, some box folding, restocking supplies as needed and some dish washing

• 
  Show up to work on time for scheduled shifts

• 
  Must come to work timely in all weather conditions

• 
  ability to multi task, work at a fast pace and work well under pressure

  Strong work ethic

• 
  Must work well with others

• 
  6 months of pizza experience in a leadership capacity in a delivery and carry out business i.e. Dominos, Papa Johns, Marcos, etc.(e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)

  Ability to effectively train and motivate staff

  Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills

• 
  Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 an hour, overtime available. Bonus based on performance paid monthly, paid vacation
