What the role is...
The Manager II, Product Management role will be a key part of the Walmart Data Exchange product team that will be focused on B2B relationships between Walmart, suppliers of products, and providers of in-store service. The product manager will be responsible for working with business stakeholders from multiple organizations to define product strategy, roadmap, and deliver capabilities that meet business requirement.
What you'll do...
You will be a core member of the team that creates solutions for retail's most difficult field services challenges. Your solutions will reach hundreds of thousands of end users. Business leaders throughout the retail supply chain will rely on your SaaS products to make decisions that shape the future of retail. You will work with teams that enhance mobile apps, APIs, and dashboards. You will work with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Business Leaders throughout the retail industry to create transformational products using AI and Machine Learning.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

- Creating in-depth long-term product strategies for SaaS products that maximize product longevity, relevance, scalability, and success
- Creating complete comprehensive roadmaps and constantly adapting to adjust to changes
- Creating and communicating a product vision that resonates with your target audience
- Conceptualizing, launching, and scaling transformational products
- Working closely with development leaders and teams to clearly illustrate user requirements
- Maximizing the benefits to all stakeholders while balancing conflicting agendas
- Creating Business Intelligence dashboarding and reporting solutions based on complex data sets
- Creating efficient and elegant workflows for complex business problems
- Leveraging multiple product development methodologies and enterprise level software tools that are focused on product management
- Working with external customers to refine expressed problems and provide solutions
- Researching, analyzing, documenting quantifiable expectations to illustrate the benefits of the product solutions
- Developing appropriate measures for results
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and generate ideas for new products
- Iterating through multiple solutions as your products mature to continuously enhance
- Keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout all stages of the lifecycle of the product development and implementation
