Founded in 2015, the Food Allergy Institute (FAI) is a cutting-edge research and clinical care center revolutionizing food allergy treatment among the pediatric population. Our Tolerance Induction Program™ is the first of its kind, bringing patients to the point where they can eat whatever they want, whenever they want, without having to worry about any kind of reaction. The success of FAI is built on years of development involving proprietary biomarkers, data analytics and modeling systems which allow unique patient specific therapy to be deployed in the clinic setting and at home safely.

Who Are We Looking For?

The Senior Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the commercial team that owns the FAI brand, and is responsible for growing the business. This person will be the marketing lead, managing the marketing team, an opportunity for significant growth for the right candidate. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with experience in traditional as well as digital marketing and social media, including but not limited to, websites, demand generation, social media channels, email marketing, print, collateral development and more. Ideally, you have worked within a marketing department or that of a marketing/advertising agency. Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.


This role will be spearheading the efforts to not only showcase the work we do in our healthcare specialty but also show why we do, what we do, for our patients. Marketing strategy and a strong understanding of data are required. The right person for this role understands marketing, and how to reach and influence various audiences and personas.

Education and Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university (MBA preferred) in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years as a manager.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, planning, executing, and data analysis.
  • High-level strategic thinker with strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others through influence and collaboration.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in an office environment for prolonged periods of time.
  • Some travel between sites required.
